The recent death of the former de facto President of Argentina, Army Gen. Jorge Videla, has led to a renewed international interest in the ongoing trials for past abuses that are underway in Argentine courts. I contributed with my thoughts on Videla to BBC Radio 4 ‘Last Word’ programme, which was broadcast today [available from the BBC website here].
